  • Assisting in the monitoring of budgets, stock usage, and service charge information.
  • Promoting good housekeeping and fire safety practices within our accommodation.
  • Maintaining high‑quality documentation and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Building strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Attending meetings and forums as a representative of A2

    Dominion (with support).
  • Producing reports and contributing to tenancy and performance objectives.
More About You

  • Experience in housing or property management environments.
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience delivering excellent customer service in a front‑facing role.
  • You’ll be enthusiastic, organised, and confident working with customers.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and support the needs of a diverse customer base, including vulnerable residents.
  • A full clean UK driving licence and access to a car
