Compliance Administrator

Location:

Oxford

Contract:

6 months (contract position)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Salary: £18–£20 per hour (paid weekly via umbrella)

The Role

As a Compliance Administrator, you will:

* Upload, maintain, and manage health & safety and compliance documentation within internal databases and systems.

* Ensure compliance records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

* Handle compliance-related queries from internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

* Monitor outstanding compliance actions and proactively chase missing documentation.

* Support the preparation of audit documentation, reports, and compliance packs.

* Assist with compliance checks, trackers, and reporting requirements.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure information is easily accessible.

* Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and gather required information.

* Provide general administrative support to the compliance team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Previous experience in compliance administration, facilities management, health & safety administration, or a similar environment.

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Experience managing documents, databases, and administrative processes.

* Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines.

* Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders.

* A proactive approach to chasing information and resolving issues.

* Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and database systems.
