Conveyancing Assistant Harrogate Up to £30,000 Full Time About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in residential property law to support fee earners in managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions Opening and closing client files, including AML and compliance checks Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries Ordering searches and managing post-completion matters Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems Requirements Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role preferred Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems A proactive and professional approach
