Overview
Are you an admin looking for a new challenge in mental health? Or looking for a change of pace in your work? We are looking for an excellent administrator to join our admin team at Oxford Clinic, Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford.
Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will work with the Bed Manager and senior members of the multidisciplinary team to provide direct administrative support. You will provide administrative and organisational support, liaise with employees at all levels, manage Outlook diaries and take minutes. You will handle all contacts confidently with compassion, patience and professionalism. The role is part of a team but also allows independent initiative.
This is a part‑time position of 22.5 hours per week, flexible across Monday to Friday – 2 days based at the office and 3 from home.
Proven administrative experience with a good eye for detail, excellent communication skills, organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and diary management. Experience in minute taking and the ability to liaise with staff at all levels are essential.
Working HoursThe position is part‑time, 22.5 hours per week, worked flexibly Monday to Friday with a hybrid arrangement (2 on‑site days, 3 from home). Working patterns will be agreed with the successful candidate to ensure coverage across the week.
