Role Overview
Are you an admin looking for a new challenge in mental health? Or looking for a change of pace in your work?
We are looking for an excellent administrator to join our admin team at Oxford Clinic, Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford. You will work with Bed Manager and senior members of the multidisciplinary team to provide direct administrative support. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, empathetic and self‑motivated individual to work within our team.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Bed Manager and senior members of the multidisciplinary team to provide direct administrative support.
- Provide administrative support including managing Outlook diaries, minute taking and liaising with employees at all levels.
- Handle all contacts confidently with compassion, patience and professionalism.
- Support the team by managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of the service.
- Proven administrative experience with a good eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Empathetic and patient approach when interacting with staff and patients.
Part‑time working 22.5 hours per week, flexible Monday‑Friday. The role will be a hybrid arrangement: 2 days based at the office, 3 days from home. Working patterns will be agreed with the successful candidate to ensure coverage across the working week.
