Position: Helpdesk Administrator — Patient-Centric IT & Facilities Support

EQUANS has an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Facilities team at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This permanent position involves providing a customer-focused Helpdesk service while supporting the hospital's needs.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, excellent communication abilities, and good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. A generous holiday allowance and a company share scheme are part of the offering.
