Overview

C&C Search is recruiting an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in Oxford to support senior leadership within a fast‑paced, innovative financial services environment. Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level Executive Assistant support to ExCo, including diary, inbox and meeting coordination
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow‑up actions to ensure strong governance
  • Act as central coordination point for projects and priorities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Oxford office, including facilities, suppliers and contractors
  • Organise company events, team activities and internal meetings
  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors and maintain a professional office environment
  • Oversee general organisation and smooth running of office operations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager or similar supporting senior stakeholders
  • Strong diary, meeting coordination and minute‑taking experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with ability to prioritise effectively
  • Confident in MS Office and administrative systems
