Are you an enthusiastic Financial Services Administrator who could fulfil a vital support function as part of the team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc. (SJP)

This is a varied, fast-paced and rewarding role requiring great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

You will be working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and the Administration team in this SJP Partner Practice to ensure the smooth delivery of all business processes and client servicing requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting a busy Practice with a range of administrative tasks
  • Managing client communications and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with reports, portfolio reviews, and new business processing
  • Diary and database management
Qualifications
  • Excellent face‑to‑face and telephone client interaction skills, the ability to build rapport swiftly and provide quality support to agreed standards and timescales
  • Calm and approachable, projecting professionalism and confidence, working with total discretion at all times
  • Excellent written communication skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to focus on your own tasks as well as on shared goals as part of the team.
  • Previous experience in an office support role in Financial Services.
  • Creating and maintaining client files; experience of client management systems such as Salesforce would be ideal
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
