Exam Officer - Oxfordshire

We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Exam Officer to start immediately in a school based in Oxfordshire. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of both internal and external examinations, ensuring everything is delivered accurately and in line with the awarding body requirements

What you'll be doing

Coordinating internal and external exams from start to finish

Managing exam entries, registrations and key deadlines

Preparing timetables, seating plans and exam room arrangements

Organising and supporting invigilators to ensure exams run smoothly

Liaising with staff, students, parents/carers and exam boards

Supporting access arrangements alongside the SENCOHandling results and post-results processes where required

What we're looking for Previous experience in an Exam Officer role (or similar exam administration)
Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail

Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft OfficeA calm and professional approach, especially during busy exam periods
