Office Manager Responsibilities- Managing daily administrative operations to support the smooth running of the office.
- Overseeing admissions processes and maintaining accurate student records.
- Supporting human resources functions, including recruitment administration and staff records management.
- Handling correspondence, communication with parents, and internal reporting.
- Leading and supporting a front‑office team, delegating tasks effectively, and prioritising workloads.
- Using databases and management systems to update records and generate reports.
- Assisting with organising activities, visits, and trips, ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures.
- £27,873.38 - £29,190.65 actual salary.
- Working 35 hours per week during term time, plus two weeks in lieu of overtime in busy periods.
- Onsite role with free onsite parking.

Office Manager Experience Essentials- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role within a school or similar environment.
- Strong HR and recruitment administration experience.
- Confident communicator with leadership skills and the ability to support a team.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience with databases and management systems.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in working with school systems and safeguarding procedures is desirable.
Based in Oxford, this role is onsite with parking available. The position operates during school term times, with flexible support for busy periods, and offers a friendly working environment within walking distance of local transport links.
