We are looking for an organised and proactive Events & Marketing Administrator to provide administrative support across a varied programme of student-focused events, promotional campaigns, recognition schemes and engagement activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and supporting the delivery of high-quality events and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the planning and coordination of careers-related events, student competitions and award programmes.
- Support the organisation of campaign logistics, promotional materials and engagement activities.
- Communicate with students, universities, student groups and external partners to encourage participation and attendance.
- Work with colleagues across different teams to help manage campaign schedules, assets and project milestones.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, timelines and supporting documentation.
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Assist with reporting and post-event administration where required.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working on several tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Positive, collaborative and adaptable in a busy working environment.
- Quick to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and presentation software.
- Experience supporting events, marketing activities or student engagement projects.
- Involvement in university societies, volunteering, internships, part-time employment or similar extracurricular activities.
- Fixed-term contract for 6 months
, commencing September 2026
. - Full-time:
37.5 hours per week
. - Working pattern:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
. - Subject to a 3-month probationary period
. - Employment is conditional upon satisfactory pre-employment checks.
