Executive Assistant Responsibilities- Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings for senior executives across domestic and international locations.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, with a proactive approach.
- Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence that support strategic decision-making.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, fostering effective communication.
- Supporting expense management, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting in document preparation, including drafting agendas, minutes, and business reports.
- Supporting ad hoc administrative projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Salary of £40 per annum.
- Full-time, hybrid working role with three days in the office, including Mondays.
- 25 days holiday per year, plus three days office closure between Christmas and New Year.

Executive Assistant Experience Essentials- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience coordinating international travel and managing complex calendars.
Based in Oxford, this role benefits from free onsite parking. The position offers hybrid working, combining three in-office days. The site is accessible by public transport and car, with parking facilities available.
