A key requirement for this role is proven, hands-on experience using Asite, ensuring you can work independently from day one. Our client is a leading construction and engineering organisation delivering flagship projects across the UK. They are recognised for innovation and quality in delivering world-class developments.
- Manage and maintain project documentation within the Asite Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Upload, track, distribute and archive documentation in accordance with project procedures.
- Control document workflows, approvals, transmittals and distribution matrices.
- Provide support to project teams with document management processes and resolve queries.
- Monitor document status and ensure timely completion of approval cycles.
- Maintain accurate document registers and generate reporting metrics.
- Liaise closely with engineering, commercial, design and construction teams to maintain compliance.
- Support multiple stakeholders to ensure all document control requirements are met.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller on major construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience using Asite (non-negotiable).
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE).
- Strong understanding of document control processes and best practice.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of information management standards and documentation processes.
