Legal Secretary Commercial Property

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Secretary to join its Commercial Property team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a busy team of fee earners within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Hybrid working also may be an option.
Responsibilities:
 
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners across the Commercial Property team.
 
* Manage, format and amend legal documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
 
* Transcribe and proofread letters, emails and other correspondence to a high standard.
 
* Undertake audio typing and prepare documents and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
 
* Support file opening procedures, including s and the preparation of client care letters.
 
* Manage scanning, pagination, photocopying and general document management requirements.
 
* Provide wider administrative support to the team, effectively prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
The Candidate:
 
* Previous secretarial experience, ideally within a law firm or Commercial Property/Real Estate team, with strong document management, formatting and typing skills.
 
* Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills, alongside strong organisation and time management abilities and the confidence to manage a varied workload.
 
* A proactive, motivated and collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, a strong team ethic and a willingness to learn and develop
