Confident Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills. The confidence and professionalism to work with senior stakeholders. Good judgement and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Some experience of travel planning, meeting coordination, or logistics A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm when priorities change. A willingness to learn, take feedback and continually improve. Ambition to develop your career in executive support and progress towards a senior EA role. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the potential and attitude to grow.

Why this role?

This isn't simply another EA position. It's an opportunity to step into a high-profile executive environment, gain valuable exposure and learn from experienced professionals around you. You will be joining a friendly, agile and fast-growing organisation where continuous improvement is part of the culture. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one while developing the skills and experience that can shape your longer-term career.

The role is based in Crewe, with core hours of Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm.
