Location:
IP18 Job Type: Full-time (36.5 hours per week) Annual Salary: £27,500pa We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to join our Sales team in the dual-role of Export Coordinator & National / Off-Trade Executive. This position offers a unique opportunity to support both our Export and National Accounts operations, ensuring efficient product delivery across domestic and international markets while providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.
Day-to-day of the role:
As the Export Coordinator:
Manage the end-to-end export process from order receipt to delivery. Coordinate with customers, distributors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Handle export documentation such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and HMRC requirements. Maintain accurate records and support forecasting activities to optimize stock levels. As the National & Off-Trade Executive:
Oversee the administration and processing of orders for National and Off-Trade customers. Manage EDI orders, resolve delivery and order issues, and act as a key contact for customer enquiries. Support Key Account Managers by providing excellent service and sales support. Process orders received via various channels and manage related customer service tasks. Work closely with the Transport Team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, export, or administration. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using ERP, CRM, and logistics systems. Knowledge of export procedures, customs documentation, and HMRC regulations is advantageous. Benefits:
