Administration Assistant

The Giaroli Centre is a leading independent neurodevelopmental psychiatry practice, providing specialist assessments and ongoing care for children, young people and adults. We are located in the prestigious location of Harley Street. We are looking for an organised, proactive and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role This is a varied administrative role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with our Practice Manager, clinicians and wider administration team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the preparation and processing of prescriptions.(onsite) Managing client communications via inbound and outbound
-telephone and email. Preparing and uploading clinical documentation. Transcribing clinician dictations Completing administrative tasks to support daily clinics. Monitoring stock and ordering office and pharmacy supplies. Sending appointment reminders and client surveys. Maintaining accurate electronic records. Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties. Support allocated clinician's within a ticket system
