Are you an expert Office Coordinator, accustomed to providing professional front-of-house support and delivering impeccable client service?
This is an excellent opportunity to assist a respected local business in a busy office environment.
Please note, this is a full-time, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Office Coordinator ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Managing initial enquiries via phone and face-to-face, ensuring queries are handled efficiently.
- Assisting with day-to-day office administration and operational tasks.
- Supporting with booking appointments, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring facilities are well-maintained.
- Handling sensitive information confidentially, adhering to GDPR.
- Using IT systems and administrative tools to support business operations.
- Providing a welcoming environment that reflects their values and professional standards.
- Working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break (35 hours per week)

Temporary Office Coordinator Experience Essentials- Proven experience in front-of-house or client service roles, within a professional services environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Ability to handle confidential information in line with GDPR
- Experience coordinating administrative activities, maintaining records, and supporting office facilities
