A leading automotive consultancy in Oxford seeks a motivated Parts Supervisor to manage the parts department. This role requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of Parts KPIs, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring stock management, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a main dealer parts department and hold a valid driving license.
Salary is circa £22,000 with OTE £27,000.
