Account Manager

Currently working with a well-established furniture company that supplies beautifully designed commercial furniture to some of the UK's leading retail and hospitality brands. They're now looking for an Account Manager to join their Oxford-based team—someone who's great with people, detail-oriented, and confident managing long-term client relationships.

This isn't a sales role. It's all about account management: supporting a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring smooth delivery of products and services, and acting as the key point of contact across multiple sites and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing relationships with retail and hospitality clients across multiple locations
• Coordinating orders, deliveries, and installations with internal teams
• Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring service levels remain high
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on account activity
• Working closely with project managers, logistics, and design teams to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• Experience in account management, client services, or project coordination
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Knowledge of furniture, interiors, or retail environments is a bonus—but not essential
