Reporting to: Line Manager during each placement
Position Type: Full time permanent
Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pdm daily
The OpportunityAt Hellios, we are excited to welcome dynamic and enthusiastic University Graduates to participate in our comprehensive 12-month Graduate Management Development Programme. This initiative is designed to foster your growth by enhancing your knowledge, technical skills, commercial acumen, and self‑assurance through immersive placements within key departments, guided by our experienced Senior Management Team.
Throughout this program, you will delve into various business areas, gaining invaluable hands‑on experience while honing practical skills. We recognise that transitioning from student life to your first career role can be overwhelming. However, at Hellios, we appreciate the significance of work‑life balance. Your journey will encompass a diverse array of placements across multiple departments, including but not limited to:
- Team leadership & operational management
- Data analysis & problem‑solving

Each placement will provide you with unique insights and hands‑on involvement in critical aspects of our operations, allowing you to develop a well‑rounded skill set and a robust understanding of how our business operates.
Key Requirements- University Graduate with a 2:2 Degree or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, self‑motivated, and team player
- Keen interest to develop your business acumen
- Looking for experience to help hone interests into a career pathway
- Warm and ambitious person to fit in the expanding team culture
- Hands‑on experience in an SME environment
- Ownership of projects and contribution to business shaping
