We’re looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our Global Client Partner team. This is a role focused on driving growth, shaping a clear vision for our accounts, embedding robust account planning, and fostering a culture of collaboration and best practice across teams.

You’ll play a key part in strengthening client relationships and unlocking new opportunities, working closely with colleagues around the world to deliver long‑term success.

• Drive growth across key global client accounts
• Build smart account plans focused on high‑impact opportunities
• Develop new relationships while strengthening existing ones
• Spot commercial opportunities and maximise account potential
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on research strategy
• Champion delivery excellence, consistency, and quality

• Proven success growing large, complex client accounts
• Strong commercial mindset with strategic thinking
• Background in research/consulting (client‑facing essential)
• Collaborative, team‑first approach
• Passion for delivering high‑quality client experiences

• 5+ years’ experience in research (agency or client‑side), ideally within FMCG
• Strong track record of growing client accounts across markets
• Experience working across global clients and multiple geographies
• Commercially aware, confident, and quick to learn
• Interest in innovation and brand strategy (desirable)
• Naturally curious, with a strong drive to understand client challenges and influence decisions
