Sales Operations/Administration involves roles that support the sales team in achieving their goals through administrative and operational functions. These professionals play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of sales processes, managing sales data, and providing support to sales representatives and managers.
** Job purpose
** The role of the Sales Operations & Commercial Support Analyst will support the future growth of Bracco UK by ensuring the commercial business strictly adheres to industry standards such as ISO
9001 and NHS Procurement strategies.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Collate and maintain relevant data for submission within required time frames on a yearly basis for key NHS policies, including:
* Social Value Policy,
* Modern Slavery and Labor laws Policy,
* Sustainability program,
* Carbon Reduction Plan,
* Code of Ethics policy,
* Cyber Essentials certification,
* ISO
9001 Certification compliance
* Ensure that the Evergreen Assessment is completed yearly to a minimum of Level 1 and create roadmap to level 3.
* Support tender processes ensuring relevant and accurate company data is submitted within the required timeframe.
* Regularly monitor company performance against NHS performance metrics, escalating potential risks or areas for improvement.
* Proactively audit internal processes to prevent grounds for mandatory or discretionary exclusion (e.g., modern slavery offences)
* Collate all Carbon reduction data required to ensure that we are meeting our Net Zero targets
* Drive continuous improvement and develop our compliance policies and standards to meet industry requirements.
* Register and maintain company details, including the unique supplier identifier (PPON), on the FTS/Central Digital Platform, ensuring data accuracy to avoid exclusion.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure up to date company insurance certificates are available.
* Maintain and update MIA certification for NHS Supply Chain.
* Lead the Customer Qualification GDP compliance processes, ensuring all customer master data is verified and accurate in a timely manner.
* Responsible for reporting adverse events strictly in accordance with specific local Standard Responsible for reporting adverse events strictly in accordance with specific local Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
* Support the leadership team in widening the scope of ISO
9001 across the company.
* Lead and support ISO
9001 audits to maintain standards including the Quality Management Review process.
* Responsible for adhering to all relevant SOPs.
* Complete all required training courses to a satisfactory standard.
* Keep up to date with NHS policies and procurement strategies, ensuring internal stakeholders are informed.
* Identify and commit to additional training as appropriate to ensure continuous learning and development.
* Cross-train within the Sales Ops team to provide seamless coverage during peak periods.
* Complete any additional tasks as reasonably requested by the company.
** Professional Experience & Knowledge
*** Previous commercial experience working on NHS contracts and tender bids.
* Competent in using various databases and reporting tools.
* Previous experience working with ISO standards and certification desirable.
* Previous experience in Pharmaceuticals and/or Medical Equipment preferable.
