Bid Writer​/Senior Bid Writer

An established and growing contractor within the social housing and property services sector is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Writer to join their successful work-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented writer with experience in public sector, repairs, maintenance, refurbishment or decarbonisation bids to play a key role in securing long-term frameworks and contracts. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling written content for PQQs, ITTs and framework submissions, working closely with operational and commercial teams to create winning bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Writing and coordinating bid submissions from start to finish Producing engaging, clear and compliant tender responses Managing bid content libraries and case studies Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather technical information Ensuring submissions are completed to strict deadlines

Ideal Background:

Previous Bid Writing experience within construction, social housing, repairs or maintenance Strong written communication and attention to detail Experience working on public sector tenders/frameworks Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected contractor with a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work.
