Logistics Operative

Location

Site-based in Watlington, Oxfordshire

Contract

Permanent, Full-time, Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and channel partner orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain effective inventory control within the warehouse
  • Receive and process packed products and parts from operations sites
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
  • Uphold ISO quality standards and procedures relating to 3PL operations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team
  • Operate within established performance management systems
  • Manage your own workload effectively to meet productivity and quality targets
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organised, conscientious, and quality-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You will have a strong understanding of warehouse routines and procedures, the ability to follow defined processes, and make sound judgments based on factual information.

Essential
  • A professional and courteous communication style
  • A commitment to accuracy, quality, and team performance
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
Desirable skills & experience
  • Counterbalance forklift truck licence
  • Clean UK driving licence
  • Good understanding of stock inventory principles
  • Experience with Google Workspace
