Customer Training, Compliance Audits, Site chemical checks
- Conduct training sessions for hygiene best practices, chemical safety and proper product usage.
- Perform hygiene audits to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance client hygiene performance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and assist clients in maintaining compliance.
- Recommend hygiene solutions tailored to compliance needs.
- Assist Key Account Managers in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations, ensuring alignment with customer compliance needs and strategic sales objectives.
- Identify upselling opportunities based on audit insights and client requirements.
- Coordinate service visits and operational requests from customers
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of training sessions, audits, sales support activities, and customer feedback, consolidating all compliance and operational records in a unified system for streamlined reporting.
- Prepare compliance reports and provide actionable management insights.
- Customer CIC development and creation
- Assist in analysing sales trends and customer engagement data to refine strategies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or College level education in Business Administration, Environmental Health, Food Safety, Bio-chemisty or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, compliance, or customer service preferably in the hygiene sector (Preferred but not mandatory).
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity with HACCP, Food safety, ISO 22000/14001, Audit standards (BRC,M&S, Tesco) and other hygiene compliance standards (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reports and presentations.
- Experience with CRM or online sales platforms

Ability to troubleshoot compliance, sales, and customer portal issues. - Flexibility:
Willingness to travel for client visits, audits, and training sessions with no guaranteed set working hours
- £30-£33k (Based on experience) plus a generous commission structure.
