Head of Product Platform

Salary: £80, per year

• 6+ years in product management, with experience as a Product Lead, Head of Product, or equivalent
• Genuine end-to-end ownership of a significant product or platform, not a component within something bigger
• Built and shipped AI capability into a product with outcomes to show for it, covering both strategy and delivery
• Comfortable on a modern, cloud-native stack; experience with migrations and replatforms is acceptable
• At ease with data-heavy, quantitative environments and the complexity of a multi-module platform where decisions in one area ripple into others
• Technical fluency to work closely with engineering, and an eye for design and user experience
• Experience managing and developing product teams
• Commercially sharp, with a clear understanding of how product decisions drive business outcomes
• Experience in energy markets, financial data, legal intelligence, or commodities is desirable
• Background in analytics platforms, market intelligence, or forecasting products is desirable
• Familiarity with calculation engines, scenario modelling, or decision-support tools is desirable

• Set the platform vision and roadmap, aligned to commercial and strategic objectives
• Define how users navigate, calculate, and consume data, forecasts, and research
• Lead shared platform capabilities including dashboarding, data visualisation, and reusable product surfaces
• Work with the AI Product Manager to embed AI-powered workflows that create real user value
• Run discovery and build user understanding through analytics, research, and direct client engagement
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, data, and commercial teams
• Line manage and develop product talent
• Own commercial outcomes including adoption, engagement, and revenue contribution
