This role also offers the opportunity for hybrid working.

This role sits within the Change Practice in the Programme & Projects Delivery Group (PPDG) and will support HALO
, Oxford''s transformational Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme.

Working within the HALO Change and Communications team, you will support the transition from the University''s current CRM to HALO and help enable a shared target operating model across fundraising, marketing and events services.

A key focus will be supporting Oxford''s colleges through significant organisational and operational change. With all 26 colleges expected to transition from DARS to HALO products, you will help build organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption planning across a complex and highly autonomous environment.

Working with senior leaders, operational teams and college representatives, you will support changes to processes, roles, technologies and ways of working, helping colleges prepare for successful adoption of HALO.

You will be a resilient, pragmatic and credible change professional who is comfortable working in complex environments, managing ambiguity and building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will combine strategic stakeholder engagement with practical change coordination to enable successful change through partnership.

You will have proven experience as a Business Change Manager on complex projects involving multiple stakeholder groups. This is a consultative role focused on enabling, coordinating and preparing others for change rather than delivering change directly within individual colleges. You will provide change expertise, guidance, tools, templates and best practice, while colleges remain responsible for implementing local change and managing local impacts.

Experience of working within higher education or a similar complex, non-commercial organisation is desirable, as is an understanding of the University''s culture and governance, but neither is essential.
