Responsibilities
- Own and run the firm’s risk management cycle
- Plan and run service continuity testing
- Drive improvement actions from raised to closed

- Communicate clearly with all levels of colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to drive activities and actions to completion
- Willingness to use AI tooling such as Claude
- Experience in a governance, risk, audit, compliance, or quality role
- Working knowledge of management system standards such as ISO 20000 or ISO 27001
- Experience preparing for or responding to internal or external audits
- Experience maintaining documentation or knowledge bases
