About the Role

This role leads the statistical analysis and evaluation of graduate access and widening participation (WP) initiatives designed to improve the diversity of Oxford's graduate student population. Working closely with the Evaluation Manager, graduate access and WP specialists across the University's four academic divisions, and other colleagues, you will provide expert analysis to support the delivery, monitoring and continuous development of the University's Graduate Access Recruitment Strategy.

About

You
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills, with experience using packages such as SPSS, R or Python.
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical methods, including regression modelling.
  • Experience managing large-scale data projects and delivering accurate analysis to tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of issues relating to outreach and applicant data, including data protection, quality assurance and the handling of special category data.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Sponsorship and Right to Work

This role meets the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa. The University will meet the cost of the Skilled Worker visa and NHS surcharge for successful applicants who require sponsorship.
