Business Analyst – FTC (9–12 Months)

We're supporting a well-known retail brand in the search for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major digital transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working across retail, eCommerce, bookings, reservations or customer experience platforms.

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Running workshops with stakeholders across the business.
• Creating user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Working closely with development and testing teams to deliver successful digital solutions.
• Supporting business process improvements and change initiatives from discovery through to implementation.

• 3+ years' Business Analysis experience.
• A background in retail, eCommerce, bookings, reservations or similar customer-focused industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile and fast-paced project environments.
• The ability to translate business requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.

• 9-12 month maternity cover.
• FTC or day rate considered.
