Project Manager – Operating Model Design – Saudi market Contract duration: 6 months contract Pay: £675-800/day via PAYE or umbrella (inside IR35)

Manchester (4 days onsite) Responsibilities:
Develop and document the end-to-end Saudi custody operating model in collaboration with bank SMEs. Conduct current-state assessments and identify business, operational, and regulatory gaps. Facilitate requirements workshops across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Client Service. Define target-state processes, controls, roles, and operating procedures. Document Saudi market requirements, including EDAA, Tadawul, and regulatory obligations. Produce process maps, requirements documentation, and RACI models.

Support implementation planning, governance, and readiness reviews. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to validate operating model design. Experience required:

Experience with the Saud capital markets. Operating model design within custody, asset servicing, or financial market infrastructure. Strong understanding of custody operations, settlement, cash, and asset servicing. Experience delivering large-scale market entry, regulatory, or transformation programs. Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and operational capabilities. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
