The Role:

Oxfam GB is looking for a Compliance Administrator to support our Sourced by Oxfam Quality Assurance team as well as supporting and deputising for the Quality Assurance Executive when required.

You’ll track compliance metrics across the Sourced by Oxfam product range by checking packaging, product safety and material compliance in line with our Ethical and Environmental guidance. Providing administrative support for the Quality Assurance and Compliance function, as well as building strong relationships with suppliers in order to track quality issues.

  • Build and manage strong supplier relationships to deliver commercial and operational benefits
  • Support across projects led by the Ethical and Environmental team, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
  • Collaborate across teams to maintain accurate systems, resolve queries and support smooth processes
