A warm and welcoming nursery setting in Oxford, Oxfordshire is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and supporting young children during their crucial developmental stages.

The nursery is well regarded for its nurturing environment and commitment to providing high-quality early years provision. They are looking for a reliable, patient, and proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team.

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children
• Supporting children with personal care routines where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and social development
• Working collaboratively with nursery staff and building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Contributing to the wider life of the nursery

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable, though not essential, as training and support may be provided. A genuine passion for working with young children is essential.
