I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.

The company operate throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment and restoration projects up to £16m in value.

They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high quality projects. The work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial and Sports and Leisure.

Due to an increased workload, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team. Project values are on average circa £10m.

The ideal person will have at least 2 years’ experience, be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors.

Experience:

• Ideally Degree Qualified
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Ideally experienced working on D&B projects
• Ideally new build and refurbishment experience
• Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors
• Full UK Drivers’ license
• Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
