About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing project costs, commercial risks, and contract administration, supporting the delivery of high-quality projects ranging from small specialist schemes to multi-million-pound developments.

Key Responsibilities
 
Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for residential, commercial, educational, and heritage projects.
Monitor project expenditure, valuations, and cash flow to ensure financial performance.
Administer contracts and manage change control, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
Contribute to risk management and advise on cost-effective delivery solutions.
Support collaborative project teams to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.  Candidate Profile
 
Proven Quantity Surveying experience within construction, ideally including heritage, high-quality residential, or institutional projects.
Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial management practices.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working on projects ranging from £5k to £50m is highly desirable.  Why Join Us
