We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a large commercial project in Oxford, offering long-term, stable work with a reputable contractor and the opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile build.

The Role

As Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the link between site teams, project management, and subcontractors, maintaining strong coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day electrical site activities on a major commercial development

* Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors and site operatives

* Ensure all work complies with current regulations, drawings, and specifications

* Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance on site

* Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety checks

* Assist with programme delivery, reporting progress to senior management

* Support commissioning, testing, and handover stages

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects

* Strong knowledge of electrical installations, site procedures, and H&S compliance

* SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)

* JIB/ECS card or equivalent electrical qualifications

* Coordinate works effectively

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
