The Role:Project Manager Construction Oxfordshire
In this role, you won't just be a bystander; you will be the engine room of project delivery. You will lead from the front, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial feasibility to final handover.
- Portfolio Diversity:
Take ownership of diverse capital projects, ensuring they meet Oxford's high standards of architectural and technical excellence. - Consultancy Leadership:
Provide expert technical advice and rigorous pre/post‑contract management. - Contractual Command:
Demonstrate mastery over JCT and NEC contract suites to safeguard project commerciality. - Strategic Planning:
Utilize Asta Power Project or MS Project to maintain flawless project timelines. - Stakeholder Synergy:
Act as the primary interface between high‑profile clients, specialist contractors, and design teams. - Your Professional Profile We are looking for a PM who is technically sharp, commercially aware, and ready for their next big step.
- Consultancy Background:
Roughly 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience specifically within a UK Construction Consultancy. - Academic Foundation: A degree in a construction‑related discipline is essential.
- Professional Ambition:
You are ideally MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM qualified, or you are currently being supported on the path to Chartership. - Technical Skillset:
Proven expertise in design coordination, strategic procurement, and value engineering. - The Oxford Advantage:
