Our client, a respected multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Oxford. Quantity

Surveyor Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
  • 33 days annual leave plus birthday off (including bank holidays)

Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
  • Support the delivery of cost consultancy services across a range of sectors
  • Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documentation, and valuations
  • Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors
  • Attend site visits and project meetings across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas
  • Assist in procurement, contract administration, and final account processes
Quantity Surveyor

Job Requirements
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Experience with in the public or private sectors advantageous
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
