A leading PLC residential developer is seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a new build residential project in Headington, Oxfordshire. This role involves day-to-day commercial management, including managing subcontractor procurement and handling valuations. Candidates should have extensive experience in residential schemes and strong local knowledge of the Oxfordshire market. The position is for an initial 3-month contract, inside IR35, and offers a chance to join a structured commercial team during a live project.
