A leading consultancy in the surveying industry is looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor to conduct detailed inspections of properties in Oxfordshire. This is a 3-month contract with potential for more work, offering flexible hours and payment outside of IR35. Ideal candidates will have Stock Condition Surveying experience and familiarity with lodging EPCs and HHSRS.
