Salary: £32,000 – £35,000

Location: Oxford

Construo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well‑established consultancy to recruit a Building Surveyor.

You will be joining a team delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors, including education, commercial, healthcare, and care environments. This role offers excellent exposure to varied work streams and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional team.

You will play a key role in delivering surveying services across multiple projects, contributing to both technical and client‑facing aspects of delivery.

• Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations
• Produce detailed schedules of works
• Undertake contract administration duties across projects
• Assess rebuild costs for insurance purposes
• Support and deliver planned maintenance programmes
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams across multiple sectors

• Degree‑qualified in Building Surveying or equivalent
• Strong understanding of core building surveying services
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
• Keen to develop professionally within the industry

• Competitive salary between £32,000 – £35,000
