Traffic Marshall

Link-Force Ltd is seeking a dedicated Contract Traffic Marshall to join a reputable Residential Construction company based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing traffic on‑site, ensuring the safety of all personnel and visitors, and assisting with the movement of vehicles and pedestrians around the construction site. You will effectively manage site access and egress, maintain a high standard of health and safety compliance, and support the smooth flow of construction activities.

• Previous experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshall on construction sites
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations related to site traffic management
• Ability to effectively communicate with site operatives, drivers, and visitors
• Valid CSCS card and appropriate PPE
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work for the long‑term duration
