Site Manager

Location: Oxfordshire

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a high end bespoke house project in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a premium residential build of the highest calibre. You MUST have independent house building on your resume.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and well organised site.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all on site construction activities from start to completion

* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

* Ensure works are delivered to high end residential standards and specifications

* Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site

* Monitor programme timelines and report progress to senior management

* Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets design and client expectations

* Manage deliveries, logistics, and site organisation

* Resolve technical and construction issues as they arise

* Maintain clear communication with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on high end residential or bespoke housing projects

* Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills

* Ability to maintain exceptional quality control and attention to detail

* Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification

* Temporary Works Certfication

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
