A remote-based position, £45,000 - £60,000 Basic, up to £90,000 OTE, full-time or part-time hours, car allowance, healthcare and strong holiday entitlement! This Residential Surveyor position is for a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
Level 2 Surveys Level 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary) Red Book Valuations Bespoke Building Surveys Private and Panel work Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time. To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
Minimum Assoc

RICS or higher Proven track record in Surveying Registered Valuer Status UK Driving License Strong attention to detail What's on offer?

Working hours:

remote / WFH basis. Full or part-time hours are available Holiday allowance: 5 weeks plus 4 well-being days.

Salary package:
