Seeking to strengthen their commercial team further, this is a key senior-level role overseeing project delivery, supporting junior staff development and acting as a trusted client-facing representative throughout all project stages. Full support is available for continued professional development and ongoing membership with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, where applicable. Daily responsibilities may include:
· Leading cost management from feasibility through to final account
· Preparing and reviewing cost plans, estimates and financial reports
· Managing procurement strategy and tendering processes
· Administering contracts
· Overseeing valuation processes, variations and change control
· Leading client and stakeholder meetings
· Providing commercial advice at all project stages
· Mentoring and supporting Assistant and Graduate QS staff
· Managing risk, value engineering and cost certainty strategies
· Ensuring robust financial control and reporting across projects

(RICS member preferred but not essential) 24 days annual leave, plus statutory holidays. 40-hour week, normally worked Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
