We have an excellent opportunity to join a regional main contractor based in Oxford. The business undertakes projects across education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued between 1m - 15m.
Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:- Manage sub-contract procurement
- Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
- Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
- Deal with final accounts
- Have a HNC / construction related degree
- Have administered JCT form of contract
- Must have the full right to work in the UK
- Must live within commutable distance to Oxford
- Salary:
Up to 70k - Company Car / Car Allowance
