This role is with a well-established, family‑owned regional main contractor with a strong reputation across the South of England. They deliver a mixture of refurbishment and new build projects across sectors including

- Heritage & Listed Buildings
- Student Accommodation
- Commercial
- Public Sector
They are particularly strong in Oxford and have built a reputation for delivering prestigious and complex projects, especially within live environments, colleges and heritage settings.
The Oxford office has a strong pipeline of secured and negotiated work and is continuing to grow.
They are currently looking to recruit
- Senior QS
- Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveyor (Smaller Works Division)
One of the positions has become available due to an internal promotion, which demonstrates the progression opportunities available within the business.
Projects Property Services Division- Projects up to £400k
- Maintenance and smaller works
- Projects up to £1.5m
- Mixture of refurbishment and new build
- Student accommodation
- Commercial and specialist projects
- Projects valued between £15m-£25m
- Predominantly based in Oxford
- Mixture of refurbishment and new build
- Strong pipeline of up coming work
They are currently tendering for several projects within this bracket and expect to secure at least one additional major schemes.
Location- Oxford office

- Excellent access from major road networks
The client advised salary is dependent on experience and has always been flexible for the right person.
Benefits- £9,000+ car allowance (can increase depending on vehicle choice)
