An innovative and rapidly growing main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, delivering a portfolio of high-end new build and refurbishment residential projects across the South East.

Based out of the company's modern offices in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, you'll be responsible for the commercial delivery of prestigious residential developments and luxury refurbishment projects across the region.

The role offers a blend of office-based collaboration, site visits, and flexible home working, providing the autonomy and work-life balance that many professionals are seeking today. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams from project inception through to final account, helping to deliver exceptional projects to the highest standards.

• Commercial management of high-end residential new build and refurbishment projects
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Contract administration and risk management
• Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Supporting project teams to ensure commercial success across multiple schemes

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment
• Background delivering residential, refurbishment, or bespoke construction projects
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing project costs from inception through to final account
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary up to £70,000
