Position: Associate Partner (Quantity Surveying Client-Side/Consultancy)

Associate Partner:
Quantity Surveyor – Oxford

As an Associate Partner and first Quantity Surveyor in the Oxford office, you will lead and manage projects from start to finish, working closely with a strong team of Project Managers. Your role includes developing client relationships, delivering high‑quality outcomes, and leading the growth of the QS function in the region.

You’ll work across a diverse mix of sectors including commercial, residential, education, health, heritage, and both public and private sector schemes. The opportunity will allow you to take on greater responsibility, build well‑rounded experience, and progress within a supportive and growing team.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in a construction consultancy environment, managing projects and building client relationships.
  • MRICS is important, or you will be actively working towards it.
  • Strong understanding of cost management and project delivery with commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable working with contracts, managing risk, and navigating complex projects.
  • Clear communicator, proactive, and able to build trust with clients and colleagues.
